Delete your ShiftBuzz account

This page explains how to request that your ShiftBuzz account — operated by H Roark Holding — and its associated personal data are deleted, what data is removed, what we may need to keep, and for how long.
Option 1 — Delete in the app
The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the ShiftBuzz app:
- Open the ShiftBuzz app and sign in.
- Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner — a panel slides up from the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll to the bottom of the panel and, below Log out, tap Delete account.
- Confirm the request. Your account and associated personal data will be scheduled for deletion.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your account and we will process the deletion for you:

The email address on your ShiftBuzz account, so we can verify your identity.
We may ask a follow-up question to confirm it is really you before deleting anything. We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
What is deleted and what is kept

If your account was created by your employer
Where a business added you to ShiftBuzz to manage schedules, that business is the data controller for your workforce data and ShiftBuzz acts as its processor. In that case, please also contact your employer to request removal, as some records are held under their control and their retention obligations. We will support them in actioning your request.
