Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a ShiftBuzz account or accepting an invitation to a ShiftBuzz workspace, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms are an agreement between you and H Roark Holding ("ShiftBuzz", "we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

ShiftBuzz is a workforce scheduling platform that helps managers publish shifts, accept swaps, and run open shifts, and helps team members claim shifts and manage their work profile. The service consists of a web application and native mobile applications for iOS and Android.

3. Your account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential.
• All activity that happens on your account, until you report a compromise.
• Providing accurate information when you sign up.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are used to abuse the service, attempt to compromise security, or violate these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use ShiftBuzz to harass, exploit, or discriminate against team members.
• Upload malicious code, exploit vulnerabilities, or attempt to overwhelm the service.
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Resell or sublicense ShiftBuzz to third parties.

5. Subscription & payment

ShiftBuzz offers a Free plan and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance, on a monthly basis. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

During the pilot phase, special pricing may apply by written agreement.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to ShiftBuzz. We process that data to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details. You can export and delete your data at any time.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. ShiftBuzz is provided "as is" with no warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of ShiftBuzz after the change date means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, where H Roark Holding is registered. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence require otherwise.
